Our research (and experience) from the Extraordinary Leader programme shows that outstanding performers are not distinguished by an absence of weaknesses but rather by the possession of a few profound strengths. Unlike traditional development approaches that fall into the trap of ‘fixing’ weaknesses, we focus programme participants on selecting and building on strengths – a highly motivating and invigorating approach to development.

We pride our self on our delivery and design principles, using a blend of accelerated and whole brain learning techniques to create programmes that are lively, compelling and exciting. Designed to deliver maximum speed of knowledge transfer, they inspire those taking part to transfer the positive emotions experienced into their interactions with their teams.
We use a group of diverse and talented facilitators, consultants and coaches who work collaboratively to meet our clients’ learning needs. These very different people have many things in common: They believe that learning is a natural process, they create enjoyable learning events, they make a difference to people and performance and they have a genuine desire to make training safe for people to relax and learn.
We come with a mindset of win/win and a desire for mutual success. Natural Direction believes in shared ownership, responsibility and accountability for achieving outcomes and goals. We recognise that, for success and sustainability of learning, there must be a partnership between provider and client. To ensure we measure results and share success, we determine a process for evaluation at the outset.
