Leadership Alignment Workshops
The demand for alignment is constant. It is operationally expensive and ineffective when the people inside an organisation are working with conflicting priorities and direction. Research shows that many overestimate how often senior managers/leaders and employees share a common view of the world and view of their business in particular.
Does your leadership team agree on what is highest priority over the next 12 months?
Most leadership teams fail this simple test question
These workshops are about finding common themes – you can’t beat something with nothing. You have to agree on a central core – the vision and values that will pull your community into the future. When you have an agreement about the kind of community you want to become, you can defeat small minded opposition that so often blocks or stalls change.
Typical outcomes would include:
A documented vision comprising of a clearly stated purpose, a clear goal or mission and the supporting values and behaviours required to achieve the stated goals.
This needs to be in sufficient detail for staff and leadership to ensure they have a common understanding and share a common view of the organisation’s future state.
